Construction of this finca began several years ago and it was built in a traditional Mallorcan design . It is located in the municipality of Petra and is absolutely quiet with a wonderful view on a finca plot of around 20,900 sqm.

The house was completely rebuilt from scratch and is currently at the stage of an expanded shell, with the exterior walls and roof already completed. The pool has also been completed.
