Construction of this finca began several years ago and it was built in a traditional Mallorcan design . It is located in the municipality of Petra and is absolutely quiet with a wonderful view on a finca plot of around 20,900 sqm.

The house was built from scratch and is currently in the extended shell construction stage with finished exterior walls and roof. The pool has also already been completed. Only the interior fittings are to be completed and these can therefore be realized according to your own wishes. The house is also insulated and completely clad with natural stone walls.
