Your property in Mallorca deserves care and attention – even when you’re not there. We take a proactive approach to looking after your home, garden and pool, carrying out regular inspections, identifying potential issues early and arranging maintenance before minor problems become costly repairs. So whenever you return, everything is ready for you to simply relax and enjoy your home.

Housekeeping

We take care of your home when you are not on site. Weekly personal inspection of your property included:

  • Windows/if applicable Open doors for ventilation
  • General check of the property and any outbuildings
  • Checking the water pipes, toilets and flushing
  • Check sanitary facilities
  • Refrigerator hygiene check
  • if applicable. Check stove, fireplace
  • Checking electrical connections and fuses
  • General garden inspection
  • Check external doors/windows for possible signs of burglary
  • Watering plants indoors

Pool service

We maintain your pool every week for your swimming fun. Weekly cleaning included:

  • Checking the values
  • Cleaning the filter
  • Backwashing the filter
  • Functional test of the installed technology (PH Minus system and salt system)
  • Check the fill levels of the cleaning agents (PH minus)
  • works perfectly

We can also carry out additional repairs to the tiles, pool edge stones and pool technology if required. Also the complete cleaning with water change and tile cleaning and refilling.

Gardening

Garden maintenance is in good hands with us. We carry out this work on a time and material basis in consultation with you and can agree a cycle that meets your requirements and is adapted to the growth phases of the vegetation. Possible benefits:
