Where a separate kitchen area with a dark pantry once made the space feel smaller, an open, light-filled focal point of the home has now taken its place. By opening up the spaces and clearly reorganizing the floor plan, the kitchen now blends harmoniously with the patio—modern, spacious, and inviting.

The centerpiece of the redesign is the custom-made kitchen island crafted from high-quality teak. This warm, natural material lends the room character and creates a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. Daylight can now stream in unobstructed, perfectly highlighting the wood’s vibrant grain and the overall feel of the space.

The island is more than just a functional element—it’s the new gathering place for family and friends. Here, everyday conversations unfold, people cook together, spontaneous encounters happen, and relaxed evenings are spent with a glass of wine. This is how the kitchen becomes the social hub of the home—a place where design, quality, and a certain lifestyle blend together.

We were able to sell this apartment to our client and demonstrate its potential. We presented our idea to the customer and guided the implementation of the renovation with his wishes in mind. The result is a complete change into an absolute oasis of well-being. The increase in value and the modern Mediterranean living concept meet the increased demands of today's times for a vacation property on Mallorca.

The client wanted a wooden terrace for yoga classes and a redesign of the existing terrace area with shading and a natural stone wall, as well as a low-maintenance garden.

We then drew up a small hand-drawn sketch after the inspection, on the basis of which the wishes were further refined. The result meets the owner's expectations exactly.

We also replaced the windows and doors, repainted the interior and laid the electrical cables for the ceiling heating.

The project is complete except for the shading and privacy screen elements, which will be installed soon.

We were asked to develop a new garden/patio design for our client, into which a portable Jacuzzi was to be integrated.

The lounge/spa terrace, which is covered with IPE tropical wood, was created for this purpose. Technically and statically, a support structure was built on concrete foundations on walls and a non-visible screw connection was used. The counter battens are made of extremely sturdy aluminum battens to ensure a long service life.

Furthermore, a garden design with Mediterranean and tropical plants was chosen around the terrace to further emphasize the vacation feeling.

The new BBQ area with gas grill and integrated into the main terrace completes the picture.

Customers want a modern chalet in a mature environment, close to the beach and yet quiet.

We then found a house from the 1960s in a quiet residential area on Cala Manida and are now transforming it into a light-flooded chalet with an open floor plan in accordance with the customer's wishes.

In addition to the complete renovation of the first floor, the house will be extended by a further floor with 3 bedrooms. The Mediterranean garden is complemented by a pool.
