The absolutely new finca “Lorenzo” is a special property that can be used and rented out immediately and offers potential for expansion with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. It also impresses with its absolutely quiet location. Nestled between tall trees and palm trees and surrounded by lush greenery, the finca offers views of the beautiful surrounding landscape between Manacor and the eastern coastline from numerous spots (for example from the pool terrace in front of the house, the covered veranda next to the house or the large balcony above). This region is characterized by the gently rising hills of the Serra Llevant, which shape this uniquely beautiful and typically Mediterranean coastal landscape.

Theapproach isexclusively on asphalted roads and continues beyond the entrance gate with a level road that ends in front of the large finca built in local quarry stone. The first thing you notice is the beautifully designed and wonderfully interconnected outdoor area. In front of the house is a spacious pool of 50 m², which has a comfortable Roman staircase. An outdoor shower area by the pool allows you to shower comfortably after swimming and splashing around without having to go inside. The surrounding sun terraces by the pool offer plenty of space to relax. The table tennis table on the lush outdoor terrace is not just for the kids. There is also a beach volleyball court where you can play a match or two. The pool is directly connected to the covered veranda at the house via a few steps. Due to the size of the house, there is space for a chill-out area and a large dining table in the pleasantly shaded area. To the side of this veranda is another part of the seemingly endless terrace area. Here is a brick building where the BBQ area is located, which has a large wooden table with seating both inside and outside. This area also invites you to sit together at the dining table on cooler evenings and enjoy a barbecue with the whole group. Of course, the cozy barbecue house also provides protection from the sun on hot days and is therefore an absolute highlight for the future owner.

You enter the house, built on meter-thick walls, from the pool side and find yourself directly in the central living room of the house. An open-plan living concept has been implemented here in conjunction with the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is practically furnished and offers fully equipped comfort with all the necessary appliances. We also have a guest WC on the first floor as well as one of the 5 bedrooms and the possibility of converting the existing extensions into two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, TV/office or seminar rooms. The bathrooms in the house are all modern. This also applies to the sleeping areas on the upper floor. There are three double bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The office room is furnished with a sofa bed and offers an additional sleeping option. A particularly large bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with en-suite bathroom and could also be completed with a separate dressing room. Or it can continue to be used with 4 single beds and be used as a children’s bedroom so that the ‘little ones’ can romp around and have fun in their own realm. From some of the bedrooms on the upper floor, you can even step directly onto the large sunny balcony and enjoy a wonderful view of nature.

In addition to the wonderfully quiet and private natural location, there is the possibility of shopping and excursions in a very short time in Manacor or Porto Cristo. There is also another house for rent in the immediate vicinity if more space is required. The nearest beaches can be reached in approx. 10-15 minutes, such as the picturesque coastal town of Porto Cristo with its sweeping harbor and beach bay, above which there is a small promenade with stores, cafés, bars and restaurants. Numerous sights such as the “Coves del Dracs” stalactite caves can also be admired here. This area on the eastern coast is particularly popular and known for its many small and large bays known as “calas”. These are often compared to a string of pearls because they line up like pearls along the coast. The beaches on the eastern section of the coast, such as Cala Varquez, Cala Estany or Cala Mendia, all have a very different character – discover them for yourself. But these beaches have one thing in common: very good water quality, turquoise water, sometimes “rousing” waves, so that you are very happy to throw yourself into the water. This is a great place to live!
