Description
This modern and top quality designed house was completed at the end of 2020 and offers great sea views from the roof terrace and over the hilly landscape of Son Macia due to its 2nd sea line.
The path leads through the entrance gate, past the two covered parking spaces to the entrance portal with teak doors that conceal a small inner courtyard.
As you enter the entrance area, you notice the floor-to-ceiling, very large sliding window elements that define the character of the house and consistently capture the light and sun . The open-plan entrance area leads to the warm wood kitchen with cooking island and dining area.
The living room, which opens out onto the terraces when the French windows are open, enlarges the chill-out area. This completes the open concept and shows what outdoor living is all about.
The entrance also leads to the light-flooded master bedroom with direct access to the terrace and infinity pool. The en suite bathroom is directly adjacent.
